Stop, Breathe, & Think (or SBT) is a free app for managing your feelings and emotions through short activities. Its time-friendly features aim to help you achieve even just 5 minutes of peace. Promoting kindness and peace, SBT shares 10% of all net revenue with Tools For Peace – a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness with at-risk youth.
The features of SBT are right in the name. The app reminds you to ‘Stop’ and take inventory of your feelings. While it should come naturally, we sometimes forget to ‘Breathe’ and SBT reminds you of the benefits of focusing on that in difficult times. I really like this app. It gives me information on how your brain works with depression and fear and stress. The way they do it is very fun they have a sort of chat and it gives you some messages everyday... The first day i got a strip with images explain how the fight, flee, freeze mechanism works. Its fun for a lot of ages to do and it doesn't take a lot of effort or time.

This is the best app to help you gain peace of mind because in most cases, a peaceful mind works great. This app guides us into thinking about ourselves and keeping a sober mind. All we have to do is Stop doing much of what kills us, Breathe for a while and Think of the best solution to our problems. Incredible app with relevant information!
