Our minds can be vulnerable... we often get upset over simple things like words, actions or imaginations and this app will help you know how to control your mind and keep it calm through various methods like meditation.
This app is great and helpful to anyone’s life!

I just downloaded this app and it seems great. This app offers practical ways to meditate . I like that you can set a daily reminder to tell you when to meditate and it teaches you different kinds of meditation.
Lots of different options.
It took some time to load.
