The anxiety tracker is a unique feature but very simplistic in its analysis, asking just 4 questions surrounding your anxiety. The “help for anxiety now” section offers different small exercises to quickly reduce anxiety but they are very confusing to utilize. I do appreciate how the app wants to bring about more self awareness and assist in understanding and analyzing your emotions but it needs much more development. Lastly, the social cloud or blog seems to be an area of dislike which could be more heavily monitored and regulated.
