Users can upgrade to the premium version to access their “Daily Insight,” additional material, downloadable content, and the entire catalogue of 150 courses.

Insight timer actually allows you to time your meditations, which is a unique feature. There are various programs for a wide range of meditation levels which I appreciated very much and haven’t not seen as much in other apps. There are several programs or courses which allow you to delve deep into one subject such as mindfulness or happiness. The options really seem endless with this app - you can find anything you are looking for and tailor your meditation experience as much as possible.
