This app is really awesome; only downside is it is expensive so you have to be the type to meditate and actually use it. But if you do, its life changing. It's definitely worth using the ten free sessions and if you're like me you'll find yourself hooked.
Love the guided meditations. Life changing stuff.

I really enjoy this app, it helps with relaxing and releases stress that I didn't even realize I had. Easy to use features that are dependable. The animation is well put together on this app as well.

It is not that often you download and use an app where you say “damn, whoever created this was really considering the users needs”. With that said, it is really user friendly which allows you to navigate it easy. In addition, meditation is something I really wanted to get into for 2020. One of my friends who has been meditating for years recommended this app to me… and its really helpful. So that tells you that it doesn’t matter the level of experience in meditation.
You can improve in many levels of your life such as stress, anxiety and personal growth – just to name a few. It allows you to look deep.
The app voices are all somewhat similar. Maybe changing that up will be better.

Headspace is the perfect app for meditating and relieving stress. I have had anxiety for years, and haven’t yet found an app as good as this for curing it. The app gives you daily meditation sessions, and there are cool cartoon characters that guide you through everything. They also have exercises to keep you healthy mentally and physically. The night meditation exercise for sleeping are great!
Everything in this app is great. It has the perfect library of meditations to choose from. There are great nighttime meditation sessions to help you sleep better. And best of all, it’s all tailored to you.
There are no cons with this app.

I love the fact that this app uses cartoon characters - totally counter intuitive as its not really the vibe that you'd think to get you in a peaceful state of mind - but it works!! The fact that it's broken down into courses is also something that I personally love - it feels really thought out and professional. Generally, so far it's really helping my state of mind. I'd love it to be totally free with no extras / upgrades / need to pay - but it feels like it's worth the money and in life I guess the best things aren't always free!
The features are awesome!
It costs if you want to maximise the app!

Great app. Its extremely user friendly, it can totally help you with a lot of situations. They offer you a wide variation of features helping you relax. A real recommender! The only down side is that you have to sign in for a free trial which I don't love doing.

Meditation is one thing that we love because it helps relieve our inner selves and the thing about this app is that it gives more ways of doing which actually works perfectly.

Before you get to use this amazing app, it asks you questions, general questions about yourself so that it is easier to direct you in activities that suit you well. It has guided and unguided meditation. The app is also great for beginners who know nothing about meditation. The app has free sessions for a start too before you subscribe. I loved the fact that the app is also associated with Will Smith, he is my favorite actor.

I just used the ten free sessions and I can honestly say that this app is something else. The meditation sessions were amazing and even more advanced ways to clear your mind. Worth your time!

I think the creators of the app really made it a point to take the users into great consideration. First of all you need to answer a few questions so the app can tailor activities to your needs, which is great. The activities and features are all useful, not just there for show. They are also quite enjoyable and engaging.
One thing that really stood out for me was how before I began my first meditation, I was asked as to how much experience I have with meditation (none of the apps I have used before ever asked that) Just because I wanted to start from the lowest point and build up, I opted in for the meditation for total beginners. I was not disappointed. I found it easy to follow and helpful. There are so many avenues of improvement to choose from; stress and anxiety, personal growth, kids and parenting, physical health etc. There really is something for everyone.
The apps needs more diversity in when it comes to the narrator voice. Most features are locked off unless you pay for an upgrade. Before I use an app, I always check its reviews. Most users seemed to have a problem with cancellation after subscribing so that put me off the idea of paying for a subscription myself.

Headspace is a great app! It is great for learning how to meditate during the day and just to get started with meditating . It teaches you how to meditate during very busy times and I hope I keep using it.

This is a well thought out, robust mindfulness app attempting to make meditation approachable. I found the sleep aids very relaxing, with peaceful narrations and soundtracks. The mindful exercise component (“move”) is very unique in explaining how exercise can be more thoughtful by training the mind and body concurrently. I appreciate the range of meditation exercises and the gradual advance in complexity as you further along in your meditation journey. Lastly, I appreciate the theory of meditation being taught to provide you with a more in-depth understanding.
