Its time-friendly features aim to help you achieve even just 5 minutes of peace – a possible rarity in your busy life. Promoting kindness and peace, SBT shares 10% of all net revenue with Tools For Peace – a nonprofit dedicated to sharing the benefits of meditation and mindfulness with at-risk youth.
The features of SBT are right in the name. The app reminds you to ‘Stop’ and take inventory of your feelings.
