This useful tool can help you gauge whether you’re using at a healthy level or spending more time than you thought plugged into social media on your device.

However, athletes, dieticians, and many others know that training comes easier and with more definitive discipline if a coach can help guide you through the process. Moment offers the ‘Coach’ feature that provides guided coaching sessions that are taken one day at a time for you to complete at your own pace.

 

Disconnect

It may be hard to turn your phone off or resist the urge to scroll through it when you have idle time. Moment’s ‘Disconnect’ feature grants you the ability to establish preset boundaries for ‘screen-free’ time. This way you have an automatic reminder to inform you when it’s not the best time to be on your phone or social media, eliminating the possibility of wondering whether or not you’re using them too often.
